Bring your students to Euroweek — or bring Euroweek to your school
Schools are Euroweek's best partners. For over 20 years the foundation has run camps for more than ten thousand Polish students. A school can send a class to a residential seminar in the Kłodzko Valley (typically 5, 7, 10 or more days), or invite the program to visit the school directly.
Conditions for a school visit, as agreed with the foundation:
- Two Youth Leaders (volunteers) run the visit, subject to their schedule availability.
- A visit lasts a maximum of 5 days, including travel.
- The program charges no fees. The school covers the volunteers' transportation, food and accommodation during their stay.
To arrange a visit, write to biuro@euroweek.info.
Good to know
Every seminar schedule is prepared according to the school's request — the length, the topics and the intensity all follow what the group needs.
Not sure which program fits? Describe your class in an email or through our contact form and we will help you choose.
Join a seminar yourself
Euroweek is not only for school classes. University students can apply for the Euroweek University Edition, and adults of any generation — professionals, teachers, active young people — are welcome at the Global Village weekend program.
Both programs run as off-campus seminars in Międzygórze, Rozanka, Długopole Zdrój or Długopole Dolne, in formats from 3 to 10 days (weekends, summer, short or long term). You will find the full descriptions, eligibility and work topics on the Projects page.

Become a Youth Leader
The facilitators of every Euroweek seminar are Youth Leaders — international volunteers from around the world, around 30 in a typical year, coming from Africa, the Americas, Asia and Europe. They bring remarkable and varied backgrounds: economics, international business, law, psychology, English teaching, international studies, tourism, political science, literature, journalism, aviation and software engineering, among others.
Euroweek is a learning space both ways: volunteers create and teach workshops that benefit the students — and grow themselves. A Youth Leader's duties include:
- Presenting their country at its best — dance, music, arts, language, dress.
- Leading team building activities and workshops.
- Developing new games.
- Preparing a monthly Learning Report.
- Being open to placement in Poland and other countries.
- Leading and facilitating together with other leaders.
- Participating actively in all meetings and workshops with positive energy.
Who can apply?
- Aged 19–35, studying or a college graduate.
- Available for the full duration of the program.
- Good command of English.
- Experience working with small or big groups of primary, secondary or high school students.
- Able to adapt to changing norms, lifestyle and environment, and to different personality types.
- Creative, flexible, a problem solver, open-minded, outspoken, confident; shows initiative, works fast, is detail-oriented and collaborative.
- Ready to participate in all activities according to the schedule.
How to apply: send your resume and a letter of application to biuro@euroweek.info.
What volunteers get
A diverse team means first-hand information about many countries — and life lessons no textbook offers. Volunteers join an international community, practise facilitation daily, and experience the Kłodzko Valley from the inside.
The foundation works with partner organisations and referrals to bring volunteers to Poland, and continues to look for new country partnerships.
Other ways to help
The foundation does not run online donation collections on this website. If you would like to support Euroweek's work — as a partner institution, a school, a volunteer organisation or an individual — please contact us directly at biuro@euroweek.info and we will be glad to discuss how we could work together.
