Data controller

The controller of personal data on this website is the EUROWEEK foundation, Plac Wolności 21, 57-500 Bystrzyca Kłodzka, Poland (KRS: 0000643549, NIP: 8811493437, REGON: 365798854). Questions and requests regarding personal data can be sent to biuro@euroweek.info.

Contact form and email communication

The contact form on this website asks for your name, email address and, optionally, a phone number, together with the content of your message. We process this data only in order to answer your inquiry and to handle the matter it concerns — for example a school booking or a volunteer application. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in replying to inquiries, and, where applicable, steps taken at the request of the person concerned before entering into cooperation.

If you write to us by email, we process the data contained in your email for the same purpose. Providing data through the form or by email is voluntary, but it is necessary for us to respond.

Cookies

This website uses only the technical means necessary to display it correctly. We do not use advertising cookies, social plug-ins or third-party analytics services on this website.

One technical setting is stored in your browser: your chosen language (English or Polish), saved locally so that the site opens in the language you selected on your next visit. This setting is stored on your device and is not sent to us.

Data retention

We keep inquiry correspondence for the time necessary to handle the matter and, where a cooperation follows (for example a school seminar), for the period required to document that cooperation. Correspondence that does not lead to cooperation is not stored longer than needed to deal with the inquiry.

Data security and recipients

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. Data from the contact form is transmitted securely and delivered to the foundation's email inbox. We do not sell or share personal data for marketing purposes. Data may be processed by service providers acting on our behalf, such as the operator of the website and email infrastructure, solely to the extent necessary to provide their services.

Your rights

You have the right to access your personal data, to rectify it, to erase it, to restrict its processing, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. To exercise these rights, write to biuro@euroweek.info. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych) if you believe that the processing of your data violates the law.

Changes to this policy

If the way this website works changes — for example a new feature is added — this policy will be updated accordingly. The current version is always available on this page.
